Terms of service.

By submitting a booking request with West Coast Casa Cleaning, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

SERVICE ASSESSMENT & BOOKING CONFIRMATION

• All booking requests are subject to review and confirmation by West Coast Casa Cleaning.

• To ensure we provide the most appropriate service for your home, a brief video consultation may be required before the scheduled appointment.

• The consultation allows us to assess the home’s condition, discuss expectations, identify any special requirements, and confirm the selected service.

• Service recommendations, pricing, duration, and scope of work may be adjusted based on the information provided during the consultation.

• A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from West Coast Casa Cleaning.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

• If entry cannot be obtained, the appointment may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.

PETS

• We love pets; however, clients are responsible for ensuring pets are secured if they may interfere with the cleaning process or pose a safety concern.

PAYMENT

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

SAFETY & SERVICE LIMITATIONS

For the safety of our team and clients, West Coast Casa Cleaning does not:

• Clean areas that are unsafe or inaccessible.

• Perform mold remediation, pest control, biohazard cleanup, or hazardous waste removal.

  • Cleaning of areas that may pose a safety risk to our team.
